M61 or M6 to Junction 31 M6 (Tickled Trout Hotel) Follow signs around or through Preston towards Lytham St Annes.A59 After Preston join A583 signposted Blackpool. Turn left off A583 on to A584 signposted Lytham St Annes See below for final directions. |
Leave M6 at Junction onto the M55 signposted Blackpool. Leave the M55 at Junction1 signposted A6 Preston. Follow A6 south towards Preston until you turn right onto A5085 signposted Blackpool A583. Follow A583 until you turn left onto A584 signposted Lytham St Annes. See below for final directions.

Go South down the Promenade past the Pleasure Beach and through Star Gate past Pontins. Follow main road through St Annes centre. Follow main road towards Lytham until you reach the sea front at 'The Green'. If possible park in the second pay and display just before the Windmill ,opposite the Queens Hotel.

Go past Freckleton and through Warton following the main road A584 onto the sea front.
You are on 'The Green' at Lytham, passing the
famous Windmill on your left.
If possible park in 'pay and display' on the left past the Windmill, opposite the Queens Hotel.
Don't forget to pay and display your ticket carefully!
Walk to the side of the Queens Hotel down Bath Street towards Lytham Centre.
Iconic is on the right just before Clifton Street.
If you find yourself on Clifton Street, look for the new Cafe Nero and Leonard Dews Jewellers.
We are behind them on the side street, which is Bath Street.
BY TRAIN
Regular train services route from Preston through Kirkham/Wesham to Lytham. (not St Annes).
From the Station walk straight up Street past the shops towards Stringers Department Store which is on the corner of Clifton Street.
Turn left on Clifton Street and cross over to the other side of the road opposite Boots.
Bath Street is on the right hand side past the Halifax Building Society.
Iconic is on the left hand side 25 yards down Bath Street.
BY BUS
A surprising number of Bus and Coach Services travel down the main Clifton Street in Lytham.
They come from Blackpool, Preston, Southport, Lancaster and many other areas.
Watch out for Cafe Nero and Leonard Dews at the new Talbot Complex and Iconic round the corner on Bath Street.
