Amanda Wakeley
launched her signature label in 1990 and over the last
decade and a half
has developed an international
reputation for designing supremely
luxurious, elegant
women’s wear and accessories.
She is the
winner of several awards including three British Fashion

Amanda is self-taught and started designing clothes based
on a personal passion

ILANA
L DESIGNS
We have one example in stock
as shown in the stunning picture on the right.
We
are expecting several more outfits very soon.
These superb corsets and skirts
are made in Israel.
They incorporate Swarovski
crystals and it takes hundreds of hours to make each
item.
Ilana
bridal outfits are made to measure for each individual
incorporating a wide range of bodice measurements to ensure a
perfect fit.
The examples on Ilana L's website
are all fairly 'transparent' but in the UK
they tend to be
made with a lining for a little more modesty.

The first Bridal collection by Jason Jennings has a certain softness, lightness and modern vintage
feel that sets itself apart from other Bridal collections.
Playing with different silhouettes and necklines within a story gives a wide choice
to those who like the look.
In the first season we have stained glass embroidery, laser cut chiffon and
duchess, layered sequins, twisted beading and plaited cord.
The second Jason Jennings collection shown in March 2007 has three new stories.
The first being Gothic, taking inspiration from old English churches
and the inside of 18th Century pocket watches.
Story two was based on 60's glamour with a mix and match approach.
Featuring belts, leather jackets and dresses with intricate seaming,
all with a moss inspired beaded effect.
Still keeping with the Gothic theme, the third story is a delicate leaf lace
with multiple embroidery techniques.
The final story is based on 30's glamour, with two dresses all showing the beauty of the back!
Making that the main feature. The inspiration for the embellishment was surreal art and jewellery.
